1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Worship Wawa, its owners, operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from guest conduct
  • Damages resulting from acts of God, weather conditions, or force majeure events

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

2. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • Traveling in a motor vehicle on public roads
  • Interactions with other guests and third parties
  • Consumption of food, beverages, or any items provided
  • Exposure to loud music, lights, or sensory experiences

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Worship Wawa and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your booking or participation in our services
  • Any damage to the vehicle or property caused by you or your guests
  • Any injury or harm to yourself or others caused by you or your guests
  • Violation of these terms or any applicable laws

4. Insurance & Coverage

The Worship Wawa maintains commercial auto liability insurance as required by Florida law. However, we strongly recommend that guests:

  • Maintain their own personal health insurance
  • Consider personal accident insurance for additional coverage
  • Review their own insurance policies for coverage limits

Our insurance coverage is primary for vehicle operations but may not cover all scenarios. Guests are responsible for understanding their own coverage needs.

5. Guest Conduct Requirements

All guests must comply with the following conduct requirements. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of service without refund:

  • No illegal substances or controlled substances allowed
  • No weapons of any kind permitted on the vehicle
  • No excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior
  • No harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct
  • No smoking inside the vehicle (unless designated area)

The booking party is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these requirements.

6. Vehicle Damage Policy

The booking party is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by guests, including but not limited to:

  • Stains, tears, or damage to upholstery
  • Damage to electronics, AV equipment, or fixtures
  • Excessive cleaning required due to guest behavior
  • Any damage to the exterior or mechanical components

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the booking party's payment method on file.
