By booking and participating in a The Worship Wawa ride, you agree to the following terms:
I understand that participating in a vehicle ride involves inherent risks including but not limited to: movement of the vehicle, boarding/exiting, weather conditions, potential slips, trips, or falls. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I am participating voluntarily and am in good physical condition to do so.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Worship Wawa, its owners, staff, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, damage, or loss arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand that 911 will be called in case of serious injury or medical emergency.
I consent to being photographed/videotaped during the ride for promotional purposes. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from such use.
I agree to follow all staff instructions, maintain safe behavior, and not engage in unsafe activities. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
For Build Your Own rides, I understand I am responsible for my personal belongings brought onboard. The Worship Wawa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
I acknowledge that cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable.
Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult (18+) who has written permission from the parent/legal guardian to supervise the minor.
The accompanying adult (18+) assumes full responsibility for the minor's conduct, supervision, and safety for the duration of the ride, including boarding and exiting the vehicle.
The accompanying adult agrees to be financially responsible for any damage caused by the minor and acknowledges that The Worship Wawa staff are not responsible for supervising minors.
The minor's participation is voluntary and subject to all other waiver terms.
By checking the waiver agreement box during booking, you confirm you have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.
